How does it work?

Living in a house/apartment during a fair has advantages!

Our intermediation has a large number of persons getting their beautiful homes available for guests a few days every now and then, during large exhibitions in Jönköping. You have the possibility to rent a villa/apartment, or as many do; rent more than one villa or apartment. All this according to your needs. All objects are individually inspected by a BoPrima consultant.


There are a few things that is good to know before the day of arrival.

– You  contact the Landlord  2  days  before the arrival, and agree on a time for check in

– The Landlord receives You at your arrival.

– Each guest will be welcomed on arrival by his or her Landlord where your accomodation is personally shown to you.

– You receive the keys to the apartment or villa from the Landlord.

– The house is fresh and clean when You arrive.

– The ordered number of nice beds are made.

– Full continental breakfast for every day is available I the refrigerator.

– There are shower/bodywash and towels.

– We do not disturbe our guests by cleaning the house, it´s done when you have left the house.

– Smoking is not allowed in the homes.

– You will experience a nice, comfortable living after a successful days at the exhibition.

How can you make a booking?

– You have to agree with our conditions before a booking is valid.

– A reservation for the booked object is made for You.

– The name, address and phone number to your accommodation  is sent from BoPrima to You.

– You receive an invoice with conditions of payment when a booking is made


What happens at an inquiry?

– The rental object is not reserved, it’s only reserved when booked.

– Fill in the inquiry form by choosing the INQUIRY-button for the accommodation you are interested in.

– We will contact you by phone or e-mail within 24 hours.


How is an cancellation made?

– All cancellations are made directly to BoPrima by phone or e-mail.
