Welcome to a very well-kept house in smaller format on the top of the mountain in Huskvarna!
The whole house is newly renovated and remodeled in 2011.
Here is a comfortable overnight accommodation with three separate sleeping units with space for at least 4 and up to 6 beds. Two bedrooms on the lower level of the house with private bathroom containing toilet, shower and sauna. Both rooms face the Vättern and have nice windows that can be darkened.
On the upper level of the house there is a studio bedroom and large lounge area with dining room and TV corner. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-grade machines, including cookers with induction, gas and cooking hob. On this floor there is also a separate toilet and a well-planned hallyta.
The house is located on one of the highest points in Huskvarna with an unparalleled view of Jönköping city and Vättern which has been accessed through a larger balcony, separate outdoor area and large wooden deck on the side of the house with a sunken spa bath. The back of the house is bordered by nature reserve and therefore the house is undisturbed and peaceful, related to the slalom huts that can be used in winter.
There are 2-3 separate parking spaces for the house. To Elmiamässan it is 5 km and takes about 7 minutes to drive, to Jönköping it is 10 km and the estimated driving time is about 14 minutes (all entries are taken from Google maps).
